The iron screen closing off the chapel is Baroque, probably from around 1630, and as with all the other sculpted ornamentation inside it was paid for by its patrons, Don Juan Serón and his wife Doña Antonia de Verasategui.
The reredos at the centre of the chapel is also from around 1630 and its chareacteristics show that it may have been built by Francisco de Ocampo.
The main subject of this reredos is that of The Annunciation, and the predella has reliefs of St John the Baptist, St John Evangelist, St Dominic, St Francis and St Antony of Padua.
