Each of the side walls of the choir has elegant polychrome marble porticos which were begun in 1725 following a design by the architect Diego Antonio Díaz.

Above These porticos there are the huge organs of the Cathedral, which were built beginning in 1725.
The cases of the organs were designed by Luis de Vilches and the sculptures are by Pedro Duque Cornejo.
