In its chapel, which is similar to that described before, there is a pictorial representation of The Virgin of El Consuelo signed by Alonso Miguel de Tovar in 1720.

This composition was carried out on top of a Gothic panel the images of which can partially be seen underneath Tovar`s painting.

The centre is taken up by The Virgin with Child, while St Antony and St James are on the sides. At the bottom there is a kneeling priest, probably the donor of the painting later identified as the bachiller Don Diego López de Enciso, patron of the altar and buried at its foot.
