Ir was donated by the councillor Juan Cristobal de la Puebla in 1593, and its paintings were carried out by Alonso Vázquez around that time. In the centre of the reredos there is a sculpted relief by an unknown artist
representig The Assumption. On either side of the relief there are pictures of San Ildefonso and Sab Diego de Alcalá. On the sides of the predella there are the portraits of Don Juan Cristóbal de la Puebla with his son and that of his wife with their daughter. These portraits frame a painting of the Prophets and the Fathers of the Church. In the outward projection of the reredos
